Bridging Farm to Table | RePlanted | Ep3

A couple who work together as chef and farmer share a dedication for using local produce and a passion for educating others on its value. Trisha Bates is the owner of Urban American Farmer and Field Guide Festival. Chef Philip Speer is the owner of Comedor Mexican restaurant in downtown Austin, TX.

RePlanted showcases residents of Austin who are working to fight climate change and leave the planet better than they found it. Each episode features a different Austinite discussing the creative ways they are working to help the City of Austin and the climate.
